Instrument Retailers

Finding an Instrument

Finding an instrument is quite possibly the most important decision you can make for your child.  The music stores listed below are stores that regularly send music reps to CHS, which can mean convenient instrument pickup when repairs are needed, delivery of supplies (if you call the store and pay ahead of time), and rent-to-own programs where you pay a monthly "rent" toward the cost of the instrument (and once the balance is paid, it's yours!) and insurance available to cover minor wear-and-tear repairs.  These stores have built a proven reputation as reliable retailers, and they are highly recommended!

Kolacny Music

Located on South Broadway in Denver, this family-owned local music store has been in business since 1930.  They have a road rep that comes to Chaparral weekly.

What brand should I choose?  What supplies are needed?

Below you will find recommended brands of instruments.  Getting an instrument for your child is an important investment, and you get what you pay for.  Often times, the instruments you find on Amazon are very cheaply made, and there are headaches down the line when instruments need to get tuned up.  Please carefully consider multiple options before making a decision!
