Chaparral Band Mission Statement 

(written by Chaparral Band students in Spring 2020):

As members of the Chaparral band, we unite as a family by striving to create a safe, supportive community, spread positivity and encouragement, and inspire us and our peers to be the best versions of ourselves.  We use our love of music to say what words cannot, to grow as performers, to express ourselves, and to perform together to create something greater than each of us individually.  We strive to work together as people, as performers, and as a team by aiming for excellence, using hard work, compassion, and love to reach our goal of enjoying ourselves along the journey of becoming the best band we can be.
